  • All items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and protective materials intact.

The Return & Exchange Process

  2. Prepare Your Shipment: Once authorized, please repack the item securely in its original packaging. For delicate items like decorative objects, clocks, or canvas art, using the original packaging is crucial to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Send your package to:

  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival at our facility.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit for the value of the returned item, perfect for future purchases of accent furniture, area rugs, or other treasures.
  • Original Shipping Fees: The original standard or expedited shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product (e.g., exchanging an accent chair for a different style), please follow the standard return process. In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to receive. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To preserve the integrity, hygiene, and personal nature of certain parts of our collection, the following items are considered final sale:

  • Personal & Hygienic Items: Given their intimate nature, Doormats and Floor Mats cannot be returned for health and safety reasons once the original packaging is opened.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you.
  • Damaged Items Due to Customer Mishandling: Items not returned in their original, resalable condition, or damaged due to improper repackaging without the original protective materials.
Important: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, or if we sent the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
