We pack every item with meticulous care for its global journey to you. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not fit your vision as imagined. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same grace, consideration, and attention to detail that defines our entire collection.
Policy Overview: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Our Return & Exchange Process
To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please follow these steps:
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. We will guide you through the next steps.
- Prepare Your Shipment: Once your return is authorized, please repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all protective materials, manuals, and accessories. For delicate items like decorative objects, clocks, or canvas art, we recommend using the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship the Item Back: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Send the package to our fulfillment center at:

United States - Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our condition policy. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our facility.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be applied to future purchases of accent furniture, area rugs, or any other treasure from our collections.
- Original Shipping Fees: The original standard or expedited shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product (e.g., exchanging an accent chair for a different style, or a decorative vase for a set of bookends), please follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to receive as an exchange. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our curated collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal & Hygienic Items: Given their intimate nature, Doormats and Floor Mats cannot be returned for health and safety reasons once the packaging is opened.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you.
- Damaged Items Due to Customer Mishandling: Items not returned in their original, resalable condition, or damaged due to improper repackaging without original materials.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, or if we sent the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
