Most of our furniture items, such as Accent Tables, Cabinets, and Benches, require some assembly. Detailed, easy-to-follow instructions are included. Decorative items like Vases, Canvas Art, and Bookends typically arrive ready to display.

Care instructions vary by material. Specific care guides are included with your shipment. For general maintenance, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth for dusting and avoiding direct sunlight or excessive moisture to preserve the finish and integrity of your piece.

We ship our curated style globally to our discerning community! However, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you have specific location concerns.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Handled by DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for when you’re eager to begin styling.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, handled by EMS. Delivery occurs 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for the thoughtful designer building a layered look.

Please note that all delivery timelines begin after a 1-2 business day order processing period.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your piece’s journey from our home to yours.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your curated piece. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all packaging. Please initiate returns by contacting our customer care team at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We pack every item with great care. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will swiftly arrange a replacement or resolution.
